1. Booking & Diagnostic Visiting Fee

When you book a local technician (electrician, plumber, appliance mechanic) through Murliganj Local Store, you pay a standardized diagnostic visit fee. This fee covers the technician’s travel and inspection of the fault.

2. Transparent Written Quotation

Technicians are strictly prohibited from performing chargeable repairs without first explaining the required repair work and obtaining your verbal or written consent on the final repair quote and parts pricing.

3. 7-Day Workmanship Warranty

All completed home repairs carry a 7-day service warranty. If the repaired appliance or wiring experiences the exact same fault within 7 days, the technician will revisit and rectify the problem free of diagnostic charge.

4. Customer Property Protection

Our service partners are vetted and agree to professional conduct guidelines. Any accidental damage caused to customer property during a repair must be reported immediately to our support team for prompt investigation.
