Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Murliganj and nearby serviceable localities. Enter your address in the app to see live availability. If your area is not serviceable yet, you can request it and we will notify you when delivery starts.

Delivery Time

Typical local delivery takes 30–60 minutes for grocery orders, depending on store preparation time and demand. Restaurant and busy-hour orders may take longer. Each order shows a live status: Confirmed → Preparing → Packed → Assigned → Out for Delivery → Delivered.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on distance and cart value, and are always shown separately in your bill before you pay. Orders above the free-delivery threshold shown at checkout carry no delivery charge.

Order Handover

Please keep your phone reachable — the delivery partner may call on arrival. For Cash on Delivery, keep the exact amount ready if possible. You will receive an invoice with every order.

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable, the partner waits briefly and tries to call. After that the order returns to the store; support will arrange a re-attempt or refund as applicable.
