1. Mandatory Verification Credentials
All delivery partners must submit verified copies of:
- Government-issued Driving Licence (valid for motorcycle / two-wheeler).
- Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) and valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate.
- Active third-party vehicle insurance policy.
- Aadhaar Card and bank passbook/cancelled cheque for direct earnings settlement.
