1. Delivery Protocol & OTP Handover
Riders must never hand over a parcel without verifying the customer's 4-digit delivery OTP. Marking an order delivered without verifying the OTP is considered a severe operational breach.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Handling
Cash collected from customers must be stored securely and deposited into the platform remittance account or settled against your rider wallet within 24 hours.
