1. Pricing Transparency

Murliganj Local Store is committed to zero hidden fees. The final order summary on the checkout screen shows the complete itemized breakdown:

• Item subtotal (inclusive of all applicable taxes/GST).
• Distance-based delivery charge.
• Discounts and applied coupon deductions.
• Total payable amount.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

• UPI: Instant direct payment via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any UPI app.
• Cards & Net Banking: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay debit/credit cards, and all major Indian banks via Razorpay gateway.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash or scan rider QR upon delivery. Maximum COD order limit is ₹2,500.

3. GST & Tax Invoicing

Every completed order generates an official GST-compliant tax invoice accessible from your order history and downloadable in PDF format. Invoices include store details, serial invoice numbers, HSN/SAC codes, and an HMAC-signed verification QR code.
