1. Suspension Grounds
Rider accounts may be suspended for: failing to remit COD cash, repeated order theft or parcel tampering, rude behavior, or reckless driving.
2. Fair Hearing & Appeal
Riders facing suspension have the right to request a review of their delivery log and GPS trail by submitting an appeal to rider-support@murliganjlocal.store.
