Vendor Suspension, Termination & Appeal Policy

1. Suspension Triggers
A merchant account may be suspended for: selling counterfeit or expired goods, chronic order cancellations, abusive behavior towards riders or customers, or failure to maintain valid trade licenses.
2. Right to Appeal
Suspended merchants receive a formal notice detailing the violation and have 7 business days to submit an appeal with corrective documentation to partner@murliganjlocal.store.
