Restaurant Onboarding & FSSAI Compliance

1. Mandatory FSSAI Registration
Under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, every food business operator listing on our platform must hold an active 14-digit FSSAI License or Registration Certificate. The license number is prominently displayed on the restaurant’s digital menu page.
2. Hygiene & Kitchen Audits
Restaurants agree to maintain clean prep stations, separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparation areas, and allow periodic hygiene reviews by platform food safety officers.
