1. Labor Charges & Parts Procurement
Labor charges are billed based on transparent category rate cards. If new replacement parts are purchased, the technician must provide the original shop receipt to the customer.
2. Settlement Payouts
Service earnings minus platform lead commission are settled weekly into the technician's bank account.
