Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

To become a vendor partner you must own or manage a local business/store, hold valid registration documents, provide ID and address proof, and have a bank account for settlements.

2. Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory, process orders within the promised time, provide quality products, keep professional conduct, and update store availability promptly.

3. Commissions & Payments

Sales earnings are settled minus platform commission, paid weekly to your registered bank account or UPI ID.

4. Onboarding Charges

Applicable onboarding charges are shown during registration and may be paid in full or via the four-week installment plan offered by the platform.

5. Code of Conduct

Fraudulent activity, fake products or misconduct leads to immediate termination and legal action.
