Welcome to our platform. By registering as a Rider, you agree to follow the terms listed below. These terms are created to maintain safe delivery operations, fair payout processing, and proper service quality.
1. Rider Registration
By registering as a Rider, you confirm that the personal details, contact details, ID information, bank/payment details, and vehicle/delivery information provided by you are correct and valid.
2. Delivery Responsibility
The Rider is responsible for timely pickup and delivery of assigned orders. Delivery delays, false delivery updates, repeated order rejection, bad behavior, route misuse, or negligence may result in penalties or account action.
3. Conduct and Service Quality
The Rider must behave properly with customers, vendors, and admins. Misconduct, abuse, fraud, fake status updates, cash mishandling, or unsafe behavior is not allowed.
4. Weekly Settlement
Weekly settlement for Riders will be available without any extra settlement charge.
5. Daily Settlement Option
If a Rider wants daily settlement, then extra settlement charges may apply as per platform payout policy.
6. Daily Settlement Charge Rule
If the daily settlement amount is below ₹1000, then ₹10 may be deducted per transaction/per settlement request.
7. Higher Amount Settlement Rule
If the daily settlement amount is ₹1000 or above, then the deduction/charge may be applied according to the applicable payout amount slab, operational policy, or current platform settlement rule.
8. Settlement Hold / Adjustment
The platform may hold, delay, deduct, or adjust rider payout in situations such as:
- fake delivery
- cancelled orders
- disputed delivery
- customer complaint
- fraud suspicion
- missing cash collection
- penalty amount
- platform policy violation
- wrong payout calculation under review
9. Weekly Free, Daily Optional
Weekly settlement is free. Daily settlement is optional and chargeable wherever applicable.
10. Policy Update Rights
The platform reserves the right to revise settlement charges, payout rules, timing, slabs, deduction rules, and operational policies whenever required.
11. Account Action
The platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate rider access in case of fraud, repeated service issues, fake updates, delivery manipulation, complaint-based abuse, or serious policy violation.
12. Final Decision
For payout review, delivery dispute, complaint resolution, and account action, the platform/admin decision will be considered final.
