Rider Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+, hold a valid driving licence, own a working vehicle, and provide ID/address proof.

2. Responsibilities

Pick up orders promptly, deliver within the promised time, behave professionally with customers and vendors, and keep your delivery status updated.

3. Earnings & Payments

Delivery earnings are settled minus platform commission to your registered bank account or UPI ID.

4. Onboarding Charges

Applicable onboarding charges are shown during registration and may be paid in full or via the four-week installment plan.

5. Safety & Conduct

Follow traffic rules. Fraud, tampering with orders or misconduct leads to immediate termination and legal action.
